Oregon May Pass Bail Legislation

Oregon

After months of hardwork by AIA,The American Bail Coalition, U.S. Bail Bond Services and a consortium of industry representatives, we are pleased to report that the Oregon House Judiciary Committee just passed a bill that could lead to the re-introduction of surety bail into that state.
We are unsure, at this time when the legislature will be passed, but we believe it will be up for a vote very soon.
